Los crematorios
A diferencia de Auschwitz,
los campos Reinhard
no estaban preparados para la cremación de cadáveres. Hasta
finales de 1942, se enterraban los cuerpos o se incineraban en enormes
fosas. A principios de 1942, las SS empezaron a utilizar piras, construidas
sobre el suelo, para intentar acelerar la eliminación de los cadáveres
y borrar las huellas de la actividad de exterminio.
